crossfit = death
my boyfriend gave me a little taste of crossfit on monday, and my body is still in SO MUCH PAIN. It’s honestly unbearable! I feel like Muhammad Ali punched every inch of my body. It hurts for me to put on a sweater or a pair of jeans. It hurts just to lift my arms up to tie my hair! It hurts to hug people. I’m dying right now. I only started feeling this way the day after the workout. Oh my god…you just don’t understand. The workout wasn’t that bad, but the aftershock is so brutal:( I just want to curl up in my bed and stay there til I heal.
For those who wanna know what it’s like, here’s what I did:
4 Rounds:
0.25 mile run
25 push-ups
25 sit-ups
15 squatsYou have to do each of those exercises one right after the other. You can’t stop. If you stop and rest, you’re defeating the purpose of the workout. You just have to push through..take a few breathers, but just keep the momentum up. If you’re a guy, you can do 4 rounds of…
